New hire orientation program
All new team members attend BearingPoint Beginnings, a two-day orientation program. We want to provide all members of the BearingPoint team with the necessary tools and resources to hit the ground running.
Additional training and education
At BearingPoint, we are committed to encouraging the professional growth of our employees. Key to achieving this goal is a strong education and training program.
All employees have the opportunity to be selected to attend the BearingPoint Leadership Program at the Yale School of Management.
As part of our commitment to continuous learning, we strongly recommend all full-time employees participate in a minimum of 20 hours of online or classroom professional development courses per year.
Performance review
BearingPoint uses a management evaluation process designed to take employees to a higher level. When you join our company, you will work with your performance manager to outline your personal goals and team goals for the next 6-12 months. Twice a year, your performance, progress and goals will be reviewed and possibly rewarded.
