Interview Process
BearingPoint’s hiring standards are comparable in all the countries where we practice. However you might see some differences in the hiring process from country to country.
In the Netherlands, you can expect three rounds of interviews before an offer decision is made. This gives you the opportunity to engage with future team members and colleagues from other disciplines to get more insight into our company, our culture and your future role.
During the interview process, you will be challenged on your technical and intellectual ability and your personality. We try to finalize the recruitment process within four weeks after the initial contact.
